Standard loading buckets

• They are intended for front loaders, handlers, front loaders of tractors, skid steer loaders, etc.
• They are intended for the handling of standard building materials, such as sand, crushed aggregate and other materials up to a specific weight of 1.8t/m3

We manufacture loading buckets with attachment systems according to the machine type.

The dimensions and design, as well as size of the loading buckets depend on the machine type, work method, type of the handled material and customer’s requirements.

The buckets are made of high-strength steel, stressed parts are made of high-strength and abrasion resistant steel materials “HARDOX 450”.

The buckets are fitted with a basic induction-tempered bit and they can be fitted also with a welded or screwed sub-bit, configured as one whole or as a sectional system.

The buckets can be equipped with the following accessories:

• Tooth system and segments between teeth.
• Strengthening of the lower part of the bucket with the help of welded-on or screwed footing soles
• Protective collar against material overfalls into the boom area

According to the type of the loader and the material handled we will recommend you the most suitable size or appropriate modifications.

Large-volume buckets

• They are intended for front loaders, handlers, front loaders of tractors, skid steer loaders, etc.
• They are intended for the handling of lightweight materials, such as wooden chips, sawdust, bark, cereals and other materials up to a specific weight of 0.8 t/m.       

We manufacture the loading bucket with attachment according to the machine type.

The dimensions and design, as well as size of the loading buckets depend on the machine type, work method, type of the handled material and customer’s requirements.

The buckets are made of high-strength steel, stressed parts are made of high-strength and abrasion resistant steel materials “HARDOX 450”.

Tipping buckets

• They are intended for front loaders, front loaders of tractors, skid steer loaders, etc.

• Designed for the handling of lightweight materials, such as wooden chips, sawdust, bark, cereals and other materials up to a specific weight of 0.8 t/m3

In a reinforced design for materials, such as sand, crushed aggregate and other materials up to a specific weight of 1.8 t/m3

Tipping buckets make it possible, thanks to their structure, to load loose material up to heights above 4m (according to the type of the machine). The tipping is controlled by the third hydraulic function of the front loader.

We manufacture buckets with attachments according to the type of the machine.

Buckets with SD holder

This device is intended for the handling of heterogeneous materials, such as litter, municipal waste, loose materials, branch wood, etc.

The bucket is delivered, on a standard basis, in a design with removable side boards.

The removable side boards are manufactured of the abrasion resistant steel materials “HARDOX 450”.

The robust holder with protected hydraulic motors is equipped with a safety valve protecting the system from damage.

We manufacture the loading device with the SD holder with attachments according to the machine type.

The dimensions and design, as well as the size of the devices depend on the machine type, work method, type of the handled material and customer’s requirements.

Modifications at the customer’s request:

• a change in technical parameters (width, shape of the holder, etc.)
• fixed side boards
• Grillage bottom with an insertion element

Grillage buckets

• They are intended for front loaders, handlers, front loaders of tractors, skid steer loaders, etc.
• They are intended for the handling of standard building materials, such as sand, crushed aggregate and other materials up to a specific weight of 1.8t/m3

Loading device with a holder - SV (with pins)

This device is intended for the handling of straw or hay packs, litter, municipal waste, branch wood, etc.

Reinforced forged pins are installed in cases.

The robust holder with protected hydraulic motors is equipped with a safety valve protecting the system from damage.

We manufacture the loading device with the SV holder with attachments according to the machine type.

The dimensions and design, as well as the size of the devices depend on the machine type, work method, type of the handled material and customer’s requirements.

The rear part of the loading device is manufactured as a through-sight piece and is equipped with a fencing system.

Modifications at the customer’s request:

• another filling of the rear part of SV
• a change in technical parameters (width, shape of the holder, etc.)
• length, numbers and deployment of pins

Stacking forks

The stacking fork is used to handle both square and round straw bales. The equipment is produced in configurations according to customer needs. The base consists of a solid frame, fitted with forged tines mounted in sleeves. The number, length and positioning of the tines is made according to the customer's requirements.

The device can be equipped with:

• protective mesh at the back of the adapter
• hydraulic holding device

Stacking forks are equipped with a hitch according to the machine type.

Paletissing device

The palletising device can be delivered in various configurations according to the customer’s requests. The bearing panel “ISO( FEM) 2 – 4” according to the type, the panel width is according to the customer’s wish.

Equipment of the palletising device is according to the customer’s wish:

• Bearing forks - width, thickness, length, load bearing capacity of the fork
• Side shifting
• Rotation
• Gripping jaws
• Telescopic fork, etc.

Gripping jaws

These jaws are intended for the handling of non-palletised materials, such as waste paper, cotton, wool.

• Gripping jaws for packs in the design with an integrated side shifting system.
• Gripping jaws for packs, rotary by 360°, without a side shifting system.

At request they can be fitted with an upper hydraulic arm for the upper fixation of the load.

Rotators 180°, 360°

• Rotators are hydraulically driven additional devices which ensure rotary movement for the palletising fork. The hydraulic motor drives the rotator in a continual (360°) rotation in both the directions.
• At request they can be equipped with a side shifting system, or with an upper hydraulic arm for the fixation of the load during the rotation process.

Side shifting system

The side shifting system is an additional device which makes it possible to adjust positions of the load in a range of 200 or 300 mm (according to the type). At request it can be equipped with a load support grille. The side shifting systems are characterised with an excellent through-sight

Gripping jaws

These jaws are intended for the handling of non-palletised materials, such as waste paper, cotton, wool.

• Gripping jaws for packs in the design with an integrated side shifting system.
• Gripping jaws for packs, rotary by 360°, without a side shifting system.

At request they can be fitted with an upper hydraulic arm for the upper fixation of the load.

Quick-grip panels

We manufacture and deliver quick-grip panels for machines of all brands in both hydraulic or mechanical designs. These panels make it possible to pass from the machine to the tools of different types and brands.

Timber and branch wood grabs

Installation on a hydraulic hand or through an adapter on front loaders and handlers.
