Standard loading buckets

• They are intended for front loaders, handlers, front loaders of tractors, skid steer loaders, etc.
• They are intended for the handling of standard building materials, such as sand, crushed aggregate and other materials up to a specific weight of 1.8t/m3

We manufacture loading buckets with attachment systems according to the machine type.

The dimensions and design, as well as size of the loading buckets depend on the machine type, work method, type of the handled material and customer’s requirements.

The buckets are made of high-strength steel, stressed parts are made of high-strength and abrasion resistant steel materials “HARDOX 450”.

The buckets are fitted with a basic induction-tempered bit and they can be fitted also with a welded or screwed sub-bit, configured as one whole or as a sectional system.

The buckets can be equipped with the following accessories:

• Tooth system and segments between teeth.
• Strengthening of the lower part of the bucket with the help of welded-on or screwed footing soles
• Protective collar against material overfalls into the boom area

According to the type of the loader and the material handled we will recommend you the most suitable size or appropriate modifications.

Tipping buckets

They are intended for front loaders, front loaders of tractors, skid steer loaders, etc.

• Designed for the handling of lightweight materials, such as wooden chips, sawdust, bark, cereals and other materials up to a specific weight of 0.8 t/m3
• In a reinforced design for materials, such as sand, crushed aggregate and other materials up to a specific weight of 1.8 t/m3

Tipping buckets make it possible, thanks to their structure, to load loose material up to heights above 4m (according to the type of the machine). The tipping is controlled by the third hydraulic function of the front loader.

The buckets can be shifted by 500 mm to the right or left part from the machine axis.

We manufacture loading buckets with a side shifting system with attachments according to the machine type.

The dimensions and design, as well as size of the buckets with a side shifting system depend on the machine type, work method, type of the handled material and customer’s requirements.

Undercutting and trench buckets

We manufacture and deliver undercutting and trench buckets in the design according to the customer’s wish with hinges according to the machine type.

Stressed parts of the buckets are made of high-strength and abrasion resistant steel materials “Hardox HB 400-500”.

Optional equipment at the customer’s request:

• An additionally welded bit or a screwed bit
• Exchangeable crowns with a welded-on or screwed adapter
• Reinforced design of the buckets

Mixing buckets

Palletising device

The palletising device can be delivered in various configurations according to the customer’s requests. The bearing panel “ISO( FEM) 2 – 4” according to the type, the panel width is according to the customer’s wish.

Equipment of the palletising device is according to the customer’s wish:

• Bearing forks - width, thickness, length, load bearing capacity of the fork
• Side shifting
• Rotation
• Gripping jaws
• Telescopic fork, etc.

Side shifting system

The side shifting system is an additional device which makes it possible to adjust positions of the load in a range of 200 or 300 mm (according to the type). At request it can be equipped with a load support grille. The side shifting systems are characterised with an excellent through-sight.

PK 2 Suspension basket

The PK 2 suspension basket makes it possible to carry out the work in heights according to the reach of the lifting equipment used. The load bearing capacity of the basket is 250 kg and the basket is intended for two staff members as a maximum. The basket is attached to the loading device with the help of a crane hook or through an extender which is designed specifically for each lifting means. The basket hinge with the basket is coupled to the extender with the help of two pivots. The basket is attached in the basket hinge in a rotary way on two pivots, the basket floor is stabilised automatically by its weight. The hand-operated brake is used to prevent the basket from oscillations during the work process.
